His background includes 6+ years in tech start-up investing, global business development, M&A, and Private Equity. Reginald is an emerging authority in private equity investing, with portfolio company valuations ranging from $20 Million to $1.5 Billion. 

Reggie is the founder and chairman of the Kingdompreneur Mentor, a 508(c)(1)(a) non-profit. Kingdompreneur Mentor supports the development of faith-based Intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs by helping them to dismantle their struggles and gracefully build a life of fulfillment and success while honoring God.
